2. Wet Granulator Pre-Washing
Reduces pre-shredded strips down to uniform 15–25 mm flakes while continuous water injection pre-washes away abrasive grit.
3. High-Speed Friction & Hot Wash
High-speed rotary paddles scrub flakes against perforated screens to strip stubborn surface printing inks, grease, and glues.
4. Sink-Float Separation Tank
Heavy stones, cement, metals, and glass sink to the bottom auger while clean floating PP/PE flakes are paddle-conveyed forward.
5. Mechanical Screw Dewatering
Continuous mechanical squeezing press expels surface water and compresses light film volume, lowering moisture below 10–12%.
6. Thermal Pipe Drying & Cyclone
