Le défi : African markets often face challenges with highly contaminated PET bottles collected from various sources. These bottles contain excessive dirt, sand, and tough adhesives. The customer needed a cost-effective, low-maintenance line capable of intensive cleaning while conserving water.
La solution personnalisée : Rumtoo designed a robust processing flow. The material first passes through a Tamis Trommel et Label Remover to strip away heavy dirt and sleeves. After granulating with our Broyeur à Haute Robustesse, the flakes undergo deep cleaning in the Réservoir de séparation évier-flotteur et Système de lave-linge à chaud. A final vigorous scrub in the Laveuse à friction à grande vitesse and drying via the Machine de déshydratation centrifuge guarantees premium flake quality.
