التحدي: African markets often face challenges with highly contaminated PET bottles collected from various sources. These bottles contain excessive dirt, sand, and tough adhesives. The customer needed a cost-effective, low-maintenance line capable of intensive cleaning while conserving water.
The Custom Solution: Rumtoo designed a robust processing flow. The material first passes through a شاشة طبلة و Label Remover to strip away heavy dirt and sleeves. After granulating with our Heavy Duty Crusher, the flakes undergo deep cleaning in the خزان فصل الطفو والغوص و نظام الغسالة الساخنة.
