도전과제: African markets often face challenges with highly contaminated PET bottles collected from various sources. These bottles contain excessive dirt, sand, and tough adhesives. The customer needed a cost-effective, low-maintenance line capable of intensive cleaning while conserving water.
The Custom Solution: Rumtoo designed a robust processing flow. The material first passes through a 트롬멜 스크린 그리고 Label Remover to strip away heavy dirt and sleeves. After granulating with our Heavy Duty Crusher, the flakes undergo deep cleaning in the 싱크-플로트 분리 탱크 그리고 뜨거운 세척기 시스템.
