課題の内容: African markets often face challenges with highly contaminated PET bottles collected from various sources. These bottles contain excessive dirt, sand, and tough adhesives. The customer needed a cost-effective, low-maintenance line capable of intensive cleaning while conserving water.
The Custom Solution: Rumtoo designed a robust processing flow. The material first passes through a トロンメルスクリーン および Label Remover to strip away heavy dirt and sleeves. After granulating with our Heavy Duty Crusher, the flakes undergo deep cleaning in the シンクフロート分離タンク および ホットウォッシャーシステム. A final vigorous scrub in the 高速摩擦ワッシャー and drying via the 遠心脱水機 guarantees premium flake quality.
