De uitdaging: Waste PE films, particularly from agricultural or post-commercial sources, carry massive amounts of sand, soil, and organic waste. Standard crushers easily tangle, and traditional drying methods leave too much moisture for direct pelletizing.
De Aangepaste Oplossing: We implemented a specialized soft-plastic recycling strategy. The process starts with a powerful Versnipperaar met enkele as designed specifically for films, preventing tangling. The shredded material is heavily washed in a custom-designed sedimentation tank and Wrijvingsring to remove all soil. The most critical step is the moisture removal, handled flawlessly by our advanced Plastic Filmmolen, which mechanically compresses the water out, providing dry, semi-plasticized scraps perfect for the pelletizer.
