Synchronized 4-Step Working Principle
1. Automated Infeed
Conveyor belt with integrated metal detector feeds woven bags and film scrap directly into the cutter compactor at load-regulated speeds.
2. Friction Densification
High-speed rotary compactor knives chop, shred, and thermally compact fluffy film scrap, force-feeding dense material directly into the extruder screw.
3. Melting & Degassing
Specialized 38CrMoAlA alloy screw plasticizes polymer gently while dual vacuum degassing ports extract residual moisture and printing volatiles.
4. Water Ring Die-Face Cutting
Hot melt extrudes through multi-hole die plate and is sliced by high-speed rotating blades, immediately cooled in the swirling water ring and centrifugal dryer.

Precision Water Ring Cutting Hood & Dewatering
The water ring pelletizing assembly features a pneumatically adjustable cutter head that maintains microscopic contact with the hardened bimetallic die plate. Hot cut pellets are instantly propelled by circulating water into a high-speed centrifugal spin-dryer, discharging clean dry pellets with surface moisture <0.5% into the bagging silo.
