El desafío: Processing post-consumer PET bottles in the US market requires handling complex contaminants, including strong adhesives, varied label materials, and high organic residues. The client needed a system capable of operating 24/7 with minimal manual intervention, while yielding flakes clean enough to meet strict industry standards.
La Solución Personalizada: To address this, Rumtoo designed a tailored production flow. We integrated our high-efficiency Quitaetiquetas de botellas de plástico at the front end to achieve an over 95% label removal rate before crushing. Following the Trituradora de gran potencia, the material enters a specialized Continuous Hot Washer System. Using optimized temperature and chemical agents, it effectively strips away stubborn glues and oils.
