O desafio: Processing post-consumer PET bottles in the US market requires handling complex contaminants, including strong adhesives, varied label materials, and high organic residues. The client needed a system capable of operating 24/7 with minimal manual intervention, while yielding flakes clean enough to meet strict industry standards.
A solução personalizada: To address this, Rumtoo designed a tailored production flow. We integrated our high-efficiency Removedor de rótulos de garrafas de plástico at the front end to achieve an over 95% label removal rate before crushing. Following the Triturador de serviço pesado, the material enters a specialized Continuous Hot Washer System. Using optimized temperature and chemical agents, it effectively strips away stubborn glues and oils.
Finally, the flakes undergo intense scrubbing in our Lavadora de fricção de alta velocidade and are dried via the Máquina de Desidratação Centrífuga, ensuring the final product exceeds the client’s purity and moisture expectations.
