Meydan Okuma: Processing post-consumer PET bottles in the US market requires handling complex contaminants, including strong adhesives, varied label materials, and high organic residues. The client needed a system capable of operating 24/7 with minimal manual intervention, while yielding flakes clean enough to meet strict industry standards.
Özel Çözüm: To address this, Rumtoo designed a tailored production flow. We integrated our high-efficiency Plastik Şişe Etiket Sökücü at the front end to achieve an over 95% label removal rate before crushing. Following the Heavy Duty Crusher, the material enters a specialized Continuous Hot Washer System. Using optimized temperature and chemical agents, it effectively strips away stubborn glues and oils.
Finally, the flakes undergo intense scrubbing in our Yüksek Hızlı Sürtünmeli Yıkayıcı and are dried via the Santrifüjlü Susuzlaştırma Makinesi, ensuring the final product exceeds the client’s purity and moisture expectations.
