Our PET Bottle Washing Line operates through carefully synchronized mechanical and thermal stages to guarantee supreme purity without degrading intrinsic viscosity (IV).

1. De-Baling & Dry Trommel Cleaning
Hydraulic de-balers break compact bottle bales, while an inclined trommel screen tumbles away loose stones, metal caps, broken glass, and dry sand.

2. Mechanical Label De-Seaming & Sorting
High-efficiency label scrapers strip PP/PVC sleeve labels with over 98% efficiency before manual inspection or optical color/material sorting.

3. Wet Crushing & Intensive Hot Wash
Heavy-duty wet crushers reduce bottles into 12-16mm flakes while flushing grit. Flakes proceed to steam-jacketed hot washers (85-90°C) with caustic soda to dissolve glues.

4. Sink-Float Separation & Centrifugal Drying
Flakes enter a batma-yuvarlama ayrıştırma tankı where heavy PET sinks and light polyolefin caps (PP/PE) float away. Flakes are rinsed, dried to < 1% moisture, and de-dusted via zig-zag air classifier.
