Step-by-Step Washing Process
Our PET Bottle Washing Line operates through a series of carefully designed stages, from de-baling to final drying, ensuring the highest quality output.
- De-Baling & Sieving: Bales of PET bottles are broken up, and initial contaminants like dirt and glass are removed.
- Label Separation: A specialized unit mechanically separates paper and plastic labels from the bottles.
- Washing & Floatation: Multiple stages of hot and cold washing, including a floatation tank, separate PET from other materials like PVC and caps.
- Dewatering & Drying: The clean PET flakes are dewatered and dried, resulting in a final product with less than 1% humidity.
