Tantangan: African markets often face challenges with highly contaminated PET bottles collected from various sources. These bottles contain excessive dirt, sand, and tough adhesives. The customer needed a cost-effective, low-maintenance line capable of intensive cleaning while conserving water.
Solusi Khusus: Rumtoo designed a robust processing flow. The material first passes through a Layar Trommel Dan Label Remover to strip away heavy dirt and sleeves. After granulating with our Pemecah Berat, the flakes undergo deep cleaning in the Tangki Pemisahan Sink-Float Dan Sistem Pencuci Panas. A final vigorous scrub in the Mesin Cuci Gesekan Kecepatan Tinggi and drying via the Mesin Pemantau Keringan Sentrifugal guarantees premium flake quality.
