assignment_turned_in The Challenge & Our Solution
The Challenge: PP jumbo bags are incredibly strong and tear-resistant. During crushing, they generate immense friction and heat. Additionally, these bags often contain residual chemicals, powders, or heavy sediment that must be thoroughly washed out.
The Custom Solution: To tackle the extreme toughness of woven bags, we utilize a heavy-duty Raffia & Woven Shredder equipped with wear-resistant blades. The shredded strips are then aggressively cleaned using a high-intensity Friction Screw Washer and separated in a Sink-Float Tank. To achieve ideal moisture levels for PP materials, we deploy a highly efficient Squeezing Machine to forcefully extrude water, bypassing the high energy costs of thermal drying.
*Note: The exact equipment layout, motor power, and capacity are highly customized based on the client’s facility dimensions and specific operational goals.
