The Challenge: Processing large chemical drums involves handling thick, unyielding plastics that can break standard crusher blades. Furthermore, complete removal of industrial fluids and residues is mandatory to achieve high-grade recycled pellets.
The Custom Solution: Our approach utilizes a high-torque Integrated Shredder & Granulator or a standalone heavy crusher to break down the bulky drums. The resulting flakes are deeply cleaned in a multi-stage Triple-Row Sink Float Tank. This ensures any remaining heavy contaminants sink, while the pure HDPE/PP floats. After a rigorous pass through the Friction Washer, the material is rapidly dried by our Dewatering Machine.
