The Challenge: Chemical buckets are thick, bulky, and often contain hazardous or stubborn chemical residues. They require immense crushing power and extended washing times to ensure the final flakes are completely free of chemical contamination and odors.
The Custom Solution: We provided a robust rigid-plastic solution centered around our massive Heavy Duty Plastic Crusher, which effortlessly bites through thick bucket walls. To handle the chemical residues, the flakes undergo extended residence time in a specialized Sink-Float Separation Tank with chemical washing agents. Finally, high-speed scrubbing via the Friction Washer and rapid drying through the Centrifugal Dryer guarantee clean, odor-free flakes.
