Working Principle
Our Vertical Mixing Dryer uses a dual-action process of mechanical mixing and thermal drying to efficiently prepare plastic granules.
- Spiral Lifting & Mixing
Raw materials are lifted from the bottom by a high-speed rotating screw. At the top, centrifugal force scatters the material, creating a continuous cycle that ensures rapid and uniform blending.
- Concurrent Hot Air Drying
Simultaneously, a blower sends heated air into the barrel. This hot air penetrates the constantly moving material, efficiently removing moisture and completing the drying and mixing process in a single step.

Operation & Maintenance
- Ensure mixing blades are secure and properly lubricated.

First, ensure the machine is stable. After starting, allow it to run empty for 2-5 minutes. For mixing and drying, set the desired time on the timer and the temperature on the controller. The machine will run and stop automatically based on your settings. To stop manually, use the OFF button or switch to stop mode.
- Always disconnect the power supply before any maintenance.
- Lubricate the bearings weekly with ZL-2 lithium-based grease.
- When changing material colors, clean all contact parts with white mineral oil.
- If an electrical fault occurs, it must be inspected and resolved by a qualified technician before restarting.
