Main Mixing Chamber and Circulation Dynamics
The vertical mixing chamber combines spiral auger lifting and continuous recirculation to achieve complete homogeneity across pellets, flakes, powders, and additives. Materials fed into the lower hopper enter the central screw auger, which elevates them to the top deflector plate.
Centrifugal action spreads the material outwards in a continuous falling curtain back into the hopper cone, generating millions of intersecting contact points that homogenize additives in minutes.

1. Floor-Level Feeding
Load pellets, flakes, or powders into the convenient floor-level hopper manually or through an automated screw or vacuum loader.
2. Cycloidal Circulation
The central auger screw rapidly elevates materials to the top, dispersing them in an umbrella pattern for thorough, vortex blending.
3. Bottom Discharge
After reaching the preset mixing time, open the manual or pneumatic slide valve to discharge the batch directly into storage bins or packaging bags.
