Large density separation tanks ensure that lighter PP caps are separated from HDPE flakes, or separate other plastics based on specific gravity.
Thorough Drying
Multi-stage drying system (Centrifugal + Thermal) reduces moisture content to <1%, making the flakes ready for immediate pelletizing or sale.
