PP PE ABS PS Waste Plastic Recycling Washing Line Trial Run

Welcome to the introduction of the PP, PE, ABS, and PS waste plastic recycling and washing line. we will walk you through the efficient workflow of this production line.

First, the waste plastic materials go through the unpacking stage, where they are evenly fed into the line. Next comes the shredding process, where the plastic waste is crushed into small pieces, making it easier for the subsequent cleaning steps.

The material then enters the initial washing stage, where plastic pieces are submerged in water to remove surface contaminants. After that, in the secondary washing stage, further cleaning is carried out to ensure that all remaining impurities are thoroughly removed.

To ensure optimal cleanliness, the production line also features a hot washing process, where heated water is used to break down oils and stubborn contaminants. Following this, the plastic pieces move into the dewatering equipment to remove excess water quickly.

Finally, the material goes through the drying process to ensure it is completely dry and ready for further recycling and reuse.

This recycling and washing line is efficient and environmentally friendly, designed to handle various plastic materials such as PP, PE, ABS, and PS, promoting sustainable plastic reuse and supporting the development of a green economy.
