For regular PE and HDPE pipes, our Pipe Chipper uses continuous side feeding and high-speed rotary cutting to produce coarse chips and strips. This Horizontal Pipe Shredder uses hydraulic push feeding for long pipe sections.

Yes. Smaller pipes can be nested inside larger pipes and fed together to make use of the hollow space. Keep the total load within the selected machine’s feeding capacity and use compatible materials if the shredded output will be recycled together.
Pipe lengths up to 6,000 mm can be fed horizontally without cutting them into short sections, provided they fit the selected configuration. Longer pipes must be cut to fit.
