Tackle the Toughest Plastics: See Our Shredder Demolish HDPE Lumps & Pipes!

This video demonstrates the sheer power of our single-shaft shredder in a pre-shipment trial run. Watch as it effortlessly processes unyielding materials like thick-walled HDPE pipes and solid extruder head scrap (lumps), reducing them to uniform, manageable chips ready for the next stage of recycling.

Key Advantages of Our Single-Shaft Shredder

Extreme Torque for Hard Plastics

Designed specifically for rigid materials, our shredder features a high-torque, low-speed rotor that grips and shreds dense plastic lumps, thick pipes, and purgings that would jam or damage a standard granulator.

Smart & Efficient Feeding

The intelligent hydraulic pusher ram automatically feeds material into the rotor based on motor load. This prevents overfeeding, maximizes throughput, and allows for safe, continuous operation with minimal supervision.

Built for Non-Stop Operation

With a heavy-duty steel frame, wear-resistant blades, and robust components, this machine is engineered for durability in the most demanding recycling environments. The trial run video is your proof of its reliability.

How It Works: The Shredding Principle

Large plastic scrap is loaded into the hopper. A hydraulic ram then pushes the material horizontally into the high-torque cutting rotor. The rotor’s knives cut the material against a stationary counter-knife. The shredded pieces fall through a screen below, which determines the final output size.
