The maximum pipe diameter is 2,000 mm and the maximum pipe length is 6,000 mm, depending on the selected configuration. Provide both dimensions and the wall thickness so the machine can be sized for your material.

Q: What throughput can I expect?

The throughput range is 500–2,000 kg/hr. Actual output depends on pipe material, wall thickness, feeding conditions and machine configuration.

Q: Can smaller pipes be loaded inside larger pipes?

Yes. Smaller pipes can be nested inside larger pipes and fed together to make use of the hollow space. Keep the total load within the selected machine’s feeding capacity and use compatible materials if the shredded output will be recycled together.

Q: Do pipes need to be cut before shredding?

Pipe lengths up to 6,000 mm can be fed horizontally without cutting them into short sections, provided they fit the selected configuration. Longer pipes must be cut to fit.
