The Working Principle

Our PET bottle washing line comprises a series of interconnected plastic recycling machines, each playing a crucial role in the recycling process.

O debaler machine is the first step, breaking down compacted bales of PET bottles into a free-flowing stream. The bottles then move onto the trommel, a slow-rotating tunnel lined with small holes that separate small pieces of contamination from the PET bottles.

O wet plastic granulator or crusher cuts the bottles into small flakes, while the air classifier removes lighter materials such as paper and plastic labels. The sink/float separation tank then separates materials based on their buoyancy, with PET plastic sinking and plastic film and PP/PE plastic floating.

O hot washer system dissolves glues and leftover beverages/foods, while the friction washer removes any remaining dirt and debris. The dewatering machine and thermal dryer then work together to remove any remaining moisture from the flakes.

Finally, the clean, dry PET flakes are stored in the product silo. If required, we also offer pelletizers/extruders for the production of plastic pellets.

High-Quality PET Flakes

Our PET washing line produces high-quality PET flakes that meet stringent industry standards. The flakes have a moisture content of less than 1-2%, a bulk density of less than 0.3G/CM3, and minimal impurity, PVC, metal, and PE/PP content. The particle size is also controlled to be less than 14-16mm.
