Aggressive Feeding
The V-cut rotor geometry is optimized to grab smooth, lightweight bottles immediately, preventing them from bouncing on top of the rotor for maximum throughput.
Wet Crushing Capable
Supports water injection during crushing. This effectively cools the blades, reduces dust, and performs a preliminary wash of the PET flakes.
Wear-Resistant Knives
Since PET can be abrasive, we utilize high-grade SKD-11/D2 tool steel blades to maintain a sharp cutting edge and extend service intervals.
