From Raw Material to Perfect Pellets
1. Metering & Feeding
Raw materials are accurately dosed into the extruder by a twin-screw metering feeder.
2. Compounding & Extruding
Materials are melted, mixed, and degassed in the main twin-screw extruder.
3. Cooling & Drying
The extruded polymer strands pass through a water bath for cooling and an air knife for drying.
4. Peletiranje
The cooled strands are cut into uniform pellets by a variable-speed pelletizer.

What is the warranty period for the extruder?
The standard warranty period is twelve months. This warranty does not cover damage caused by human error or the normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
What are the electrical power requirements?
The system requires a 380V (±10%), 3-phase, 5-wire power supply at 50Hz (±1%). The total installed capacity is approximately 12.96 kW.
What is included with a standard purchase?
A complete system includes the main twin-screw extruder, a metering feeder system, a water-cooled strand pelletizing system, the electrical control cabinet, a set of spare parts, and all necessary technical documentation.
What type of oil is needed for the gearbox?
The recommended gear oil is Great Wall L-CKD320 for ambient temperatures of +10°C to +40°C. For safety during transport, the gearbox is shipped without oil; the customer is responsible for adding it on-site.
What are the cooling water requirements?
The internal cooling loop must use distilled or boiler water. The external cooling circuit requires a supply of tap water with a flow rate of about 3 m³/h to cool the internal loop.
