Standard crushers easily tangle, and traditional drying methods leave too much moisture for direct pelletizing.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>De Aangepaste Oplossing:<\/strong> We implemented a specialized soft-plastic recycling strategy. The process starts with a powerful <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recyclemachine.net\/nl\/versnipperaars-met-enkele-as-en-lade\/\" class=\"internal-link\">Versnipperaar met enkele as<\/a> designed specifically for films, preventing tangling. The shredded material is heavily washed in a custom-designed sedimentation tank and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recyclemachine.net\/nl\/wrijving-schroef-wasmachine-machine\/\" class=\"internal-link\">Wrijvingsring<\/a> to remove all soil.
